As a Maintenance Work Planner at SanoRice, you are responsible for ensuring that all resources—both internal and external—are available on time. Thanks to your strong organizational and technical preparation, our technicians can get to work immediately. Planning, preparing, and coordinating maintenance activities is a key part of your role. You’ll also be in charge of managing and scheduling tickets and breakdowns coming from the maintenance system. You’ll be part of the maintenance department and report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

What is your role?
As a work planner, you are the linchpin in the maintenance team, where the following tasks are central:
Determining the nature and extent of the maintenance work;
Generating and processing work orders based on the preventive maintenance system;
Set priorities for work sequence and coordinate schedules and technical activities;
Elaboration of activities including material requirements and scheduling of suppliers;
Requesting quotes and resources;
Efficiently implement the technical action list and supervise outsourced work.

What do you offer?
As a work planner you have the following competencies and skills
You have an A2 or bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience;
You have 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
You can work independently and know how to set the right priorities
You know how to keep a cool head in urgent matters
You make contacts easily and have good communication skills
You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of Ultimo and/or Autocad is a bonus!
