As Manufacturing Manager, it is your challenge to enable employees to get the best out of themselves every day – and therefore the best out of our production facilities. You are responsible for keeping production running efficiently, with a strong focus on safety, quality, people and results .
You are a visible, coaching leader , with strong technical affinity, able to lead the production organization from a helicopter view while staying close to the shop floor. You know what is going on, you know the people, and you know when and how to make adjustments.
You are a member of the Management Team of SanoRice Poland and, together with your fellow MT members, you co-manage the factory. You actively cooperate with international colleagues to align production resources and processes in order to optimize performance across locations. You report directly to the Plant Manager Poland.

What is your role?
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key leadership role in developing a fast-growing production organization. You will be responsible for operational excellence, people development and building a strong continuous improvement culture while ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production.
Leading and developing the Production Department, currently operating 2 production lines with a clear growth perspective up to 8–9 lines.
Coaching, guiding and supporting Team Leaders in a 3-shift organization to achieve production targets for safety, quality, cost and delivery.
Ensuring smooth, efficient and safe production processes with strong focus on HSE, food safety and quality standards.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on LEAN / TPM and performance management systems.
Managing production performance, costs and results, including P&L responsibility within the Polish strategy.
Building an effective organizational structure and ensuring proper staffing and competence development in a growing factory.
Leading and supporting automation, investment and modernization projects to improve efficiency and scalability.
Actively participating in the Management Team and contributing to short- and long-term operational strategy.
Collaborating with international colleagues and cross-functional teams to align processes and share best practices.
