SanoRice Poland is a modern production site that has been consistently developing since 2023, continuously strengthening its operational and safety standards. We are now focusing on the next step of growth – building a strong, consistent and mature safety culture across the organization.
We are looking for an HSE Manager who will take on a key, fully independent role, with real influence on how safety, responsibility and everyday operations are connected.
This is a standalone role with no direct reports and full end-to-end ownership of the are, offering high trust, autonomy and decision-making power, while working in close cooperation with local management and the wider Quality & Safety organization.

What is your role?
You will play a key role in developing our safety culture, implementing HSE systems and ensuring compliance across operations. Your responsibilities include:
Building safety culture
Developing HSE systems
Supporting operations and changes
Managing risks and incidents
HSE training and awareness
Audits and external cooperation

Experience in an independent HSE role
Strong HSE law and ISO 45001 knowledge
High autonomy and accountability
Ability to influence behaviors
Holistic business-oriented mindset
English proficiency at B2 level
